Ban shouldn't be active

I was recently banned from multiplayer and communication, the ban end date was 9/5/17 at 7pm. This morning I noticed that I had multiplayer access again, however I still can't send messages to friends, join parties, or share with the Xbox community. Why
is this?

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way to get help is through the enforcement website.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-add the account.

I tried both steps and had no success, it still gives me a notification saying "you can't do this because of past behavior", yet I have no current ban when I look under enforcement history.

 

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.
