Ban Should Have Gone away

Suspensions would start and end on the same time of the day it was originally received.

I am not sure of what you tried to remedy the situation, but some people (in the same situation) find success with the steps below:

1. Ensure you do not have any more active Enforcement suspensions on your account. Check
   enforcement.xbox.com for more details.
2. If you are clear, proceed to
   remove your account from the Xbox.
3. Give your console a power cycle.
4. Add your account back into the Xbox.
5. Attempt to use the multiplayer features now.

I did read your post which is why i said,console problem or not ,you should of gone to the dash straight away but chose to stay in the modded lobby so chances are you will be banned.

Recommend you report this gamertag via the "Report" feature by navigating to their profile. You may be eligible for a case review by reading into the email notification you received from Enforcement.

Report the player, block him and avoid engaging with trolls in future.
