Discus and support Ban should be lifted? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hello, I was supposed to be unbanned yesterday (4th august 2017) after waiting patiently for 2 weeks, however I have gone onto my account this morning...     Ban should be lifted?


    Hello, I was supposed to be unbanned yesterday (4th august 2017) after waiting patiently for 2 weeks, however I have gone onto my account this morning just to find that I'm still unable to play games online or speak in party chat due to my 'Privacy settings'.
    Even on my enforcement history it says that I'm no longer banned. Please can you respond, is this a common issue? What could be causing this?

    Recommend you report this gamertag via the "Report" feature by navigating to their profile. You may be eligible for a case review by reading into the email notification you received from Enforcement.

    Naming and shaming isn't allowed on the forums.

    Report the player from your console and block him.

    If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
    the account.

    I have looked and it hasnt told me anything I dont already know? Theres nothing saying that I'm banned, yet I still have restrictions placed on ALL of my accounts, not just one.

    How long is my communication ban?

    The time the ban lifts should be right at the end of the ban reason. If it's not there then the ban has already lifted.
