    Hello, I bought this DLC on this console yes, thus I risk not the banns if I play with a new profile in that case!

    Hello,

    My profile "A" has were banns, there was above DLC, games(sets) arches.

    When I have create my new profile, I have again had access has these DLC.

    Normal, or I still risk the banns?

    If you buy the d/l it may not let you play till the 3rd. Many who did d/l it said the option to play is not there. It just says Play on Sept 30th.

    When you purchase content it's tied to the gamertag that purchased it as well as the console it was purchased on. As long as you're using the console with the gamertag that downloaded the content, then you have access to the content. It's set up to work
    that way and won't result in a ban.

    If you switch consoles, you won't have access to that content anymore.
