    I was playing Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and someone joined my party without and invite on invite only and said he was working for Microsoft and said he had multiple complaints on my account and my friends were in the party and he said he would
    kick them if they didn't leave, when I was the party host and he said he had authority to do that, then he said he was going to issue a few day ban for “hacking” (which I wasn't), Then he ddos'd me, I lagged out of xbox live and my internet stopped
    working and my phone stopped working, it was like this for a few hours. I was eventually able to get my internet and stuff back up and get back online to Xbox Live. I have his gamer tag , it's “[Mod Removed]”

    my account was hacked and they spent money and sent messages to all my friends. the gamertag is aBigSpanishGuy and BoricuaMike11. They got my password via my brother and i changed the password after. however they still had access to my account. I hope this

    Call phone support in your region, no one on these forums can help you. Also do not post your email address on public forums, that is a good start in loosing access to whatever is attached to it.

    You no longer have that tag. Are you still experiencing issues? File a complaint for harassment and block him. I don't know much about DDoS'ing, so I can't really comment on it.

    You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Hey there Ethongg,

    It is against the rules to name and shame another player on the forums.

    As for getting the player banned the best thing you can do is report the player over Xbox Live. To do so, open the player's profile, select File Complaint, and choose the specific reason for the complaint. However there isn't much Xbox can do to catch some
    one who does a DDoS attack as it's not done over Xbox servers.
