Ban removal request.

I am trying to find a way to file an appeal to overturn my banishment from the ambassadors programs. I feel like that my account suspensions are in no way valid, both times when I was suspend from xbox live on the following dates 7/3/2013, 7:36:34 PM and
11/15/2015, 5:56:26 PM, they both state that my account had inappropriate content. Both of which was reported with the soul reason to impede my time on xbox live and as an outcome force me to waste money by missing out on gold time I would have otherwise used.
I remember what happened before I was hit by both suspensions orders.

on or around 7/3/2013, 7:36:34PM I was playing halo 4 with a family member, who was at the time sick with a sore throat, my cousin had invited a person he met playing the new map pack which at the time was crimson if I'm remembering it right, later after loading
the dashboard and entering a party with him, other players joined and started to make sexual harassing remarks to my cousin, I tried to ask what happened and talked to the other party members which I was met with remarks like "Kill yourself, Respect my , authority
(Cartman quote from south park)"and a large number of other things, I then left the party and got friend requests from them, it turns out it's a good way to false report players. That ban only lasted a day, still made me mad though.

11/15/2015 I was hit with a Suspension from xbox live from 11/15 to 11/25 in fact it was 30 minuets after winning an online ranked match on ultra street fighter IV. this ban was super fishy because the whole 30 minutes after the fight I was just sitting on
the online match option screen (where you pick, ranked, Endless, team or tournament modes), it's could have been that after beating said player I was reported because of how the match ended. I had bested him/her.

I feel like both action where done out of malice.

However, as the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When we issue a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation.
Even if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game we have to hold it accountable.

A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. According to the myth, even if you haven’t done anything wrong someone can get you suspended by encouraging players to file many complaints. This is completely
untrue.

XBLPET investigates complaints and takes each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision, but a certain volume or frequency of complaints doesn’t guarantee a suspension. We take an evidence-based approach to enforcement and take numerous
factors into account when considering issuing a suspension. The context around the content or activity is particularly essential and drives our decision-making process. Simply put, there is no magic formula that instantly results in a suspension.

This has to be an automated reply, or at the very least a human who copied and pasted this.

In the off chance this is a human, I have to say the following.

1. If any and all enforcement actions aren't done from a automated system, your going to have a hard time doing so and I hope it does because If you have humans doing this, they have to be some of the most poorly trained humans out there or the code of conduct
needs to be redone to lessen the fact that people can abuse it, and I'm calling it out, my younger years on xbox live I have gotten messages to report people's profile so they could get banned and when I did have a probelm "go report it to the forms, call
in, report them" again and again. my first ban, was off of something like that, but it's good to know that Microsoft/xbox live must of at least heard what they said to my family member when they called him a mess of homosexual slurs, or maybe looked into as
to why someone would report my account one day, I guess a half of hour is good to get hit with a 2 week ban, because "we hear at xbox live must take action because if it could offend someone, then we have to take action" Good to know.

2. I've watched streams where people get banned mid game for commutations yet they never sent a message nor do they use a mic, but the people who hack games like call of duty, Dragon ball Zenxverse. or people who go around telling me that I'm a bundle of sticks,
mother ****, the N-word or people telling me that they are going to hack my account, it's funny really because I get banned fast for my profile but the hackers and people who tell me to go die, they are there for hours before I just leave the game

heck, maybe if the mods, I don't know go play games online, not just the xbox one / windows 10 maybe people would like that, but I don't think XBLPET will do that, I guess that's what the ambassadors are for.

[Mod Removed] kicked me off of my own network and got me banned for no reason and I request for him to be banned permanently so this cannot happen to me or anyone else.

if you are expecting quick results and some sort of ban you will be very disappointed.

it will take months for xblpet to look into it and at most they will remove the modded score and he will not get any kind of ban.

there are people posting on this forum with modded scores and they have been for a very long time with no consequences.
