Ban Question

The second link won't really answer questions about console bans. They do, however, answer questions about profile bans.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. If there is no option for a case review, then there is nothing else you can do. Investigations do take time, so your original suspension would have been for something that took place weeks
or months before the suspensions started.

Both these links should result in you having set up security at it´s best and prevent people from accessing your account

https://account.live.com

Please remember, if your account has been banned, you will still be able to gain access onto your Microsoft account. It will just prevent you from gaining access onto your Xbox Live Account through your Xbox 360, and gain access onto Xbox Live.

I play the older cod titles and it’s rare to find a lobby without cheats and it is pointless filing complaints against them. The same cheats who were on there 5 years ago are still on there today. Even the most blatant cheats who spend hours on there every
day do not get banned.

The fact that they are so open about it and even offer you mods in messages without any action being taken tells you that xbl do not care about these games.

Xbl have gone to great lengths to prevent you getting anything done about cheats. It is a shame this effort could not have been spent banning cheats and maintaining a competitive platform to play some iconic games.
