Ban provisional

Hi guys,

I had downloaded for change game picture on xbox live "XBOX APP (BETA)" on my PC.

I change my picture with a sexy pic in bikini so my profile was banned for 2 days.

ok but 2 days ago i played on halo 5 multy and is good, next my profile be Ban provisional

and i dont know.

If i use my profile on PC i can join in a party and speak and change all biografy ...... on my xbox one i cant change, cant play and cant chat on party.

I see on Xbox Enforcement but i dont found any data for sBAN......



Help me PLS

You're displaying personal confidential info on a public forum? Why not just be yourself and choose a picture which more closely resembles you. Are you really a hot girl? If not, why you pretending to be one by displaying it as your gamer pic? It's like
creating a girl avatar for your Xbox profile when in fact you're a boy (or man). Microsoft has standards. Also, if you have Windows 10, the Xbox App is not in Beta.

 

And, what did you expect?

You post a picture that can be offensive to people and you get banned for 2 days, read your terms and conditions and then next time it wont happen.

 

The Code of Conduct (ENG/ITA) applies to every custom gamerpic uploaded to Xbox Live. If it's especially sexual
or vulgar, then it's only a matter of time before someone reports it and you get an Enforcement action on your account.

Bikini girls are not the best choice; you'll want to choose something a little more appropriate. Keep in mind: little kids use Xbox Live too.

but My profile is already ban 4 days and my second account too, in the second i dont change nothing.

Microsoft has the right to ban your account for AT LEAST 7-14 days. Creating a sexist gamer picture pretending to be a girl when your not one, is against the rules. Sure you may pretend to be a girl if you want..... but sexist? Do you put a sexist girl on
your CV profile or Driver License or Passport? Microsoft is a reputable company, and they have standards and rules. Just like governments have rules. To govern our behavior and bring it in line with healthy wholesome standards. You do the crime, you do the
time.

 

Note to smileskybird: Before you go dropping heavy terminology like "sexist", please thoroughly determine what "sexist" means. FYI, it's an adjective derived from "sexism" - prejudice or discrimination based upon sex. If we're splitting hairs, it also means
that you're accusing somebody of discriminating against FEMALES when in fact they were only *objectifying* sex (by using a hot pic for their "non-sexist" profile). Please show me where it's "against the rules" to represent as an individual, whereby self-awareness
is broadly determined by gender fluidity (aka LBGTQI).

You're obviously too YOUNG to know that true discrimination stems from *misinformation*, or painting people into a corner. I'm an Xbox gamer through and through, but my education as a person stems from life experience, and for accepting others on face value.
Certainly, in the halcyon days of PlayStation Home - whereby individuals could represent as male, female or a TEACUP - your hard and fast accusations would've resulted in a time out. Please show me where it's "criminal" to be different?

I was wrong to put an adult image on xbox live, fine.

I am a videogamer and as such I want to play and I can not comment on photos.

I just want to know how long I have to wait for thanks.
