Ban Policy

You can so easily report someone for being bad at the game and get banned for white lies they say about you. I find this super irritating and unfair to those who are just learning to play, including myself.

Console Ban Policy

Everyone is over looking one important detail here. The way they ban consoles, without having to justify a thing, is just like some of the countries in SouthWest Aisa (in case some of the people out here don't know with SW Aisa is think of Iraq, Iran, etc.).
They "investigate" (or a least they claim to), come in in the middle of the night and take someone and imprison them, kill them, torture them, etc. without so much as even telling them what they were suppose to have done. Oh yeah, there are a lot of wives,
mothers, kids, fathers, etc. that ever have a clus as to what happened to their loved one.

Hiding under the guise of we are the good guys is Bull - Even Stalin and Hitler did it out in the open (but no one wanted to see it). Even the most hardcore criminals (at least in democratic countries) are told what they are accused of and have a chance
to defend themselves before punishment is handed out. I'm sure there are plenty that modify their consoles but I'm sure there are many out there that did not modify their consoles. As for their Terms of Use - You are holding underage individuals to a contract
for which they had no legal standing (because of age) to even sign.

Now, why is it because MS says you are guilty everyone automatically assumes they must be right - after all everyone that is in prison, has been executed, etc. is guilty - right. Now these people that say take them to court - individual vs Multi-Billion
company (right) - it would be stupid and much cheaper just to bend over and buy a new console (which does benefit Microsoft). Now Shad0wmanUK why are you so quick to back MS up and imply that everyone must be guilty because they said so? What interest do
you have in MS?

The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct. So while yes, anyone can report you, that doesn't guarantee you will be suspended.

You must sign in there with the account that has the suspension and there you will find an orange hammer on the first page that you would click on and it will show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible there
would be a link there to click on to file for a case review.

A case review will allow you to appeal your suspension which an enforcement agent will look at your case again and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.
