Ban on Xbox please help

i bought an xbox from a local pawnshop they said as is no warranty i tried it outnun the pawnshop it cut on and everything but when i got home to connect to internet it wouldnt i tried to resolve the issue by asking for a trade out they wouldnt do it when
i got it home and tried to connect to internet and read more on it wouldnt let me, i have a ban on the console itsself how do i go about that i dont wanna have to move to a different console and i dont have money to buy another one please help

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

You would have to try contacting the pawn shop to return it or exchange it. Console bans are not reverses.

as already mentioned, theres nothing really you can do apart from try to trade it back in.
