Ban on voice communications

Why has my husband received a voice communication ban for calling a 10 year old kid a "Pussy" while playing Grand Theft Auto 5 which I happen to know is certificate 18. Why has this spoiled little brat not been banned from 18 games, when he is obviously
not mature enough to cope with it. The law means nothing to some parents. Considering buying him a PlayStation, totally pissed off with this rip off! I pay for the Full Monty, and that includes voice communication with his team.

Communications bans are not just from voice communications but any form of communications

The same thing would happen on Playstation. The ratings only mean the kid can't run out and buy it himself. If he has his parent's permission, he can still play.

How does an adult not know what an age rating means?

Age ratings on games applies to single player content only & means someone under that age can not buy the game,doesn't mean they can't play the game & has nothing at all to do with xbox live which you are told in every game with online multiplayer.

Why does an adult think that just because they pay for a service the rules don't apply to them?

Why do people think it's any different on PlayStation & that anyone including Microsoft cares whether they buy a PlayStation or not?

You forgot the word "justified" in front of ban. You always seem to ignore that part, unless you feel like explaining why it's ok to call a 10 year old a -----. Waiting for your "justification". lol

So... is anyone besides you attempting to keep up with how many bans are justified? Yes! I've come to the conclusion 99% are. You're welcome. (others can make up numbers too)

 

No it hasn't,60% is just a figure you made up.The figure is around 1% of xbox live users have had enforcement action.
