    Hello,

    I've been on the phone with a rep for about an 1 1/2 trying to find out why my son's account has been banned. She couldn't see the info but suggested we try here. Could you please provide some detail of his offense. He didn't receive any warnings or small
    suspensions, but just a ban forever apparently. He had five months left that we have paid for, and can't think of why it would be that he is banned. Thank you for any information you can provide.

    Does getting blocked lead to a ban?

    No being blocked does not mean you will be banned. It only means your sons friend will not be able to talk, message or see your sons account on his xbox live account. So you do not need to worry about your son being banned.
