    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    I cant because it is only a 24hour one. I really don't understand why.

    And no-one seems to be able to tell me why. because I beat someone and they then decide to call up xbox and complain?

    you cannot call support to make complains or report other players they will need to do it on the console. if you sent an abusive message or other can get your an communication suspension.

    If you can't get the information on the sites provided then the ban has probably expired. No one here has that information available to them. Happy Gaming!

    http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and do not issue suspensions unless they determine you've done something to violate the code of conduct

    Any use of profanity will get you a suspension/ban.

    Only the Enforcement team will be able to do anything with this. As we in the foruns do not have access to the system.

    You can try and do a case review if the ban is longer then 24 hours.
