Ban not showing up at enforcement.xbox.com

I just got done talking with a Xbox support member (William N.) about my ban. I told him my latest ban ended 10/4 and I can play online again, but I still can't talk to friends in messages or party's. He said he checked on enforcement.xbox.com to find that
I have a "communication, communications friends only" ban until Dec 29th and I told him that the ban does not show up when I check my active bans. I asked him how I could make it appear there so I can file for a case review and he said to post my problem on
the forums so here I am. For my perspective my latest bans were on-

‎9‎/‎19‎/‎2017‎ ‎4‎:‎28‎:‎55‎ ‎PM and

‎9‎/‎20‎/‎2017‎ ‎6‎:‎50‎:‎19‎ ‎PM

Both of which have ended and are not active anymore. Apparently I have a ban lasting until Dec 29th but there is nothing about that when I go to enforcement.xbox.com

Sanction non valable

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com
however 24hr bans are not eligible for case review.

Account wrongfully suspended for 24 hours after receiving harassment.

Sounds like you have had a 100 day extension on your suspension because the enforcement team have discovered other offences you have committed in the past.

For some reason these do not show up on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

As the enforcement team do not use the forums there is nothing anyone here can do,you will have to wait out the suspension.

If you try to use another account to avoid that suspension then you will probably be issued a console privilege suspension which would mean any account on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

That's the main issue. I got suspended/banned from communication services BUT couldn't see any info on enforcement page. Unfortunately I don't have any screenshot as proof because I thought that there would be only a delay on receiving the notification from the enforcement page. After the one day suspension I still got nothing from it and I decided to ask for help here because this all doesn't seem to make sense and I'm very confused about it.

is the only page that reports microsoft/Xbox account ban. if you can't see, there is no account ban, which is why you don't see anything in enforcement
