Ban Not Expiring

So a 2 weeks ago I got a 2 week Xbox Live ban for harassment, and now having time to think over my actions and regretting it. So on the enforcement page the ban was said to expire today (Friday September 22nd at 3am) and I go to sign in, and the ban is still
active but on the enforcement page I only seem to have a communications ban which expires tomorrow.

Whenever I try to play an online game I get the message; "Choose something else to do. Because of your past behaviour you are not able to play multiplayer games" which is confusing considering on the enforcement page, the xbox live ban information is in
black

Does anyone have any information that can help me before I call xbox support?

Communication ban still active, despite ban expiring.

Try removing your account from your console,doing a hard reset & redownloading your profile.

If that doesn't work then it's possible you have had your suspension extended due to other offences the enforcement team have discovered.

For some reason this is not showing up on the enforcement site.

You can try contacting support
here & they might be able to see if your suspension was extended but will not be able to do anything about it.

A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

Hello, my Xbox Live Account got a communication ban till 28.09.2017.

Despite the ban expiring two days ago, I still can't use any of the communication features.

The Enforcement website won't allow me to fill out a case review, so is there any other way to get into contact with the Enforcement Team?

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The primary place for further information will be our Xbox Enforcement page
while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with our phone or chat support team through our
Contact Us page to inquire if there is an enforcement action and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there
are other actions on your account.
