Ban not ending when it should?

Discus and support Ban not ending when it should? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My xbox one was supposed to be unbanned on 12/1/17 4:30 PM. As of now it’s currently 4:57 PM.     My xbox one was supposed to be unbanned on 12/1/17 4:30 PM. As of now it’s currently 4:57 PM. My ban should be lifted, but it’s not? What’s going on?

    i hope BioWare DON'T make the extended ending.

    ^^^^sorry "the ending" was NOT an ending,just Shepard's imagination/HOPE.real ending is huge chunk that is missing(or WIP) and the ending lies when Shepard wakes up or so called "...ONE MORE STORY". Ban not ending when it should? :)

    Developers will ban cheaters, just report them and M$ will also fight the Jtags via an XBL update. Its a never ending battle.

    Ban not ending when it should?

    Remove/delete the GT from the Xbox.

    Power cycle the console.

    Restart the console, and recover the GT.

    It's been known to work.

    Xbox One Communication Ban..

    I should been unbanned yesterday & on here it says I have, yet when I go on my xbox one I'm still banned. Why am I still banned when it should of ended?

    Xbox support is no help at all.

    On enforcement.xbox.com where it tells you the reason and the date the action was enforced, it should give you the end date at the end of the reason for the ban. If it's not stated there, the ban should already be lifted.

    How long is my communication ban?

    The time the ban lifts should be right at the end of the ban reason. If it's not there then the ban has already lifted.
