Do you get this error message when sending messages to all players or is it to a specific person? What happens if you try sending the message from here on Xbox.com, is there any change?

ciao ragazzi ho riscontrato un ptoblema gi da mesi. Quando invio dei messaggi ad un altro giocatore mi fa " inpossibile inviare messaggio". Inoltre quando sono in un gruppo spesso succede che mi butti fuori dal gruppo. Come posso risolvere?
