Ban me for filing a complaint

I filed a complaint yesterday about 4pm and wothin an hour i recieve a email from microsoft telling me iv been ban what's up with that is a human error im so confused,

For future reference i shall not file a complaint if this what happends to a victim of abuse. After many messages to microsoft support had no reply i do think the complaint system is wrong needs to be a few adjustments made

So please guys and girls have read and reply who agrees.

Have you seen reporting actually work?

Yes it does work.I've personally received messages thanking me for a complaint i've filed & just reading the ban/suspension forum tells me that filing a complaint works.

 

Filing a complaint

There is no set time frame given out as to when you can expect some action to be taken regarding a complaint. All you can do is report something you feel needs reporting, the XBLPET will take it from there and do what they feel is appropriate in their
own time.

Short version: no one knows.

But I will say try not to be tempted to file more complaints thinking that will speed up the process, it wont.

 

You weren't banned for filing a complaint.The email you received should of told you why you were banned/suspended.It would of been for breaking the ToU/CoC.

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so you won't get a reply.

The report system works perfectly fine & doesn't need changing.
