Ban made my party chat blocked

Hi so I recently got communication banned but I am now unbanned and for some reason I can heat people in party chat but they can't hear me I have tried everything to fix this and I'm just having no luck has anyone else had this issue or does anyone know
how to fix it i also tried my other account and it works fine so it must be a glitch on my account

Have you received a communications ban recently? There seems to be an ongoing problem with the ban system where party chat remains blocked even though the ban time has expired.

it says that my party chat is blocked and to check my settings but I see nothing wrong with them because I had the same settings for a couple of years.

Same thing happened to me, still not fixed and it's been over 3 weeks now since my ridiculous first time ever SEVEN day communication ban has been lifted. They don't do anything to help us and I haven't been notified at all about my past suspension at all.
Had to figure it out. No email, nothing. Got a message on Xbox from Xbox live but it had no content in it. The enforcement team is a joke and this problem is happening to hundreds of people per day probably more. Xbox has a lawsuit coming their way. We're
paying customers and not receiving what we're paying for. It's ruining the gaming experience and is going against their own code of conduct

 

Yea..I cant retaliate when someone instigates because people feel "threatened", but XBL support can go against their own ridiculous code of conduct.. Had 3 bans in a row with absolutely no message or anything..Havent been able to talk for months.. But Xbox
is much more concerned with its new dashboard coming out regardless of the fact that there are 10 service alerts a week

 

Well as I recall when the xbox 360 got its NXE dashboard update it wiped out some of the chat glitches associated with the old dash board, here's hoping the NXOE update with have a similar effect on the xbox one.

 

Daft Badger, you realize that sending us to a forum that you responded to once and then 10,000 people say they have the same issue and it hasn't been resolved is counter-intuitive right? The fact that Xbox "support" gives people the run around in every which
way (forums, twitter, live chat, phone service) is appalling and i cannot wait until my subscription ends and i buy a ps4.

 

If you'd bother to read the thread you'd see posts by official support staff explaining the situation & by adding your gamertag to that thread they can individually look at each gamertag & try & resolve the problem.

You really think anyone cares if you buy a PS4? Where your account would of been banned & not given a second chance.

In future I won't bother trying to help by pointing you in the right direction.

 

Your definition of "the right direction" is misguided..Adding to this thread clearly does nothing, and the posts from the "official support staff" are useless. Take your xbox support ego somewhere else lol

Same happened to me except I can hear them but they can't hear me. Billion dollar company and can't fix it? How bout u quit using a third party to monitor ingame activities if your not gonna hold yourselves accountable for their mistakes like this communication
problem. Spend hundreds on games and services for your system and all I get is we are aware of the situation and there is no time table as to when it's gonna be fixed!!! How bout you ban me again and try unbanning me to see if that works? Oh never mind because
the third party company probably won't respond to you like they won't me. PS4 MAY BE THE FIX
