    Ban issue


    Yesterday one of my friends(who i now hate) decided to report my account out of boredom, shortly after i got a message saying: Disconnected from Xbox Live. Profile Signed in elsewhere. When i tried to connect back it said i have a ban until 28.12.2014 which
    is today, yet i still havent been unbanned and i need to get online because me and my clan are in the middle of clan wars. Can this somehow be resolved early? Also my Gamertag is: Its Miikez

    Disputing charges?

    They can ban you for fraudulent returns, which is why it's better to speak with them than to randomly do it. Chances are MS will issue you a refund. They've never declined me for a refund in logical situations.

    Ban issue

    Suspensions are lifted at approximately the same time of day that they were enforced. So if you were suspended around 11pm, it will be lifted around 11pm. There's no way to have it lifted any earlier.

    Also, the enforcement team only issues suspensions/bannings if you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of use. So even if your friend reported your account out of boredom, you would not have been suspended just for that.

    I even have proof of him saying it and as far as i know i've done nothing to violate the code of conduct

    You can try posting here to find out why you were suspended, but the enforcement team don't always respond when it's a 24 hour suspension -

    I was in a game with a modder on GTA V and he kept giving money to people, which I left. Later then I get suspended for 2 weeks. Does this mean that it will reset my stats on GTA V? I payed to get money and it wouldnt be fun to lose it and be deranked
    because Ive been in a lobby. If there is a way to be unbanned and be rid of the money that was given to me I would be really happy.

    I know this. I don't wanna review something that has passed already they should contact you before the ban. Shouldn't have been banned in the first place just cause there's little kids that like the report button...

    I first reported him about 3 days ago. I did it again yesterday, and he is just cruising, having fun. I feel if its been 3 days and going of being reported they would look into it. Also when they looked into my case theres no way they didnt see him
