Ban is lifted but restrictions are still there

I was banned for communications for 2 weeks starting on 6/27. On 7/4 a ONE week console ban was added. I spoke to chat support and said on 7/11 both the bans will be lifted. It's 7/17, I have called customer service explained my situation, they said to
submit a case review, which I can not do because there are no longer any ACTIVE suspensions on my account. Nothing is showing up on the enforcement home page. I have tried every troubleshooting step under the sun, as I have spent everyday since the ban should
be lifted, speaking with support members on how to fix the issue. Nothing has worked and there is no way I can submit a case review to the enforcement team. I can't talk in party chats or send messages. It displays the message "Choose something else to, because
of your bast behavior you can't use this feature"....

No one seems to have an answer to this problem. My money is effectively being wasted by Microsoft for an error on their end.

Content settings messed up

If you are under the age of 18, there will still be a restriction on some demos or trailers, regardless of the parental settings. Those restrictions will be lifted when your account is promoted to an adult account, when you turn 18.

It is doubtful they will lift the account region check but the console maybe lifted as the account region and actual region is a legal restriction due to the bans in some regions

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours or so to reflect the lift.

Can you redownload your Gamertag profile onto your Xbox again and see if that resolves the issue?

I have already tried this. It has been a WEEK since the ban was "lifted"

 

I am the exact same got suspended a month ago the ban date was up two weeks ago but I still can't send messages or hear people.. I can play most games online but not pro clubs on fifa.

 

I guess I'll never be able to talk again

A few users have been informed that they have a communication ban until October, which isn't showing on the enforcement page.

 

I haven't been informed via email or anything. I've double checked with chat and phone support no such enforcement is still remaining on my account.

 

I'm not sure if people can't read, but suggesting things a competent person would try 50 times before posting to this forum, isn't productive nor helpful.

 

no wonder your banned with that attitude. They are at least trying to help you instead of ignoring you! Anyways I have same problem. I phoned support a minute ago and turns out I'm suspended until October 4th. I assume your the same.

 

Spare me your patronization. It's hardly difficult to read and understand what I've already tried.
