    Hi there,

    How do I find out anything regarding a ban? I have been on holiday since 06/06/23 and have apparently been banned on 08/06/23, however all that I am told is that I have violated Community Standards, however I don't play may games online - I play Fall Guys with a group, but I have no voice chat - we use Discord. I don't send messages on XBOX, and the majority of anything I do is story/single player, so I don't understand what I'm banned for, and have been unable to reach support? I've also been thrown out of the XBOX Ambassador program because of this, but again no information on actually why.

    I was camped in a field when the ban came through, having been away since midday 2 days prior, so am at a loss and quite upset.

    For information about suspensions and to see about submitting a case review, you'll need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com Investigations do take time, so both suspensions could be for actions that took place weeks before.

    I have been to http://enforcement.xbox.com, but all it will tell me is that I violated Community Standards... No information as to how, or how to find anything out

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were banned/suspended or you can log onto the enforcement site to see why
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/home where you can file for a case review if eligible.
