    Ban hasn't ended


    So I got banned in September, and I contacted enforcement, and they told me there was a 14 day console multiplayer ban, and a 30 day console communication ban. It happened on the 15th, so I should have been unbanned by now, but I still can't send messages
    or talk on my Xbox, and I have no way to contact enforcement about it.

    Temporary Ban Hasn't Ended?

    Console bans do not show up on enforcement.xbox.com unless you are on a 360. Please contact support and they will be able to tell you (Please note they cannot unban the console for you, only tell you for how long (usually perma). Console bans are not able

    Temporary Ban Hasn't Ended?

    Console bans will not show up in the enforcement teams website.

    Are their just certain things that you can not do on the console like join parties or multiplayer games?

    I know you said that it allowed you to log into other accounts on the console but are you able to know with the console ban and are their any priviliges that those profiles can not do like start parties or join multiplayer games.

    You can also contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and they would be able to pull your account up and if there is any console that your profile has been on it will show in their system if it has been banned and if its a temporary ban
    how long the suspension is for.

    Ban hasn't ended

    Check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure there is no extension on the ban.

    Then remove the account from the console, do a hard reset, then re add the account.

    Sorry, maybe banned was the wrong word to use. It hasn't been officially banned, I didn't even have a chance to pay online yet. I did check that page though, and it hasn't been banned.

    Is there only one model of Xbox 360 available?

    Once a console is banned, it can never connect to Live again. Doesn't matter what accounts are used. Also be careful because something could have been done with the console that is against the TOS but hasn't been suspended yet. Down the line you may end
    up with the console banned for something that had happened before you even owned it. Buyer beware!
