Ban from Xbox one online game and chat

Hello,

in 13/10/2017 I was banned from xbox one live chat and 15/10/2017 from xbox one online game.

i don´t know why to ban in the same week but this isn´t a problem.

The longest ban is until today 29 10 2017 at 5:57.

Now, I can play online but still I can´t chat with friends.

Xbox support says that there is a ban until 23 JANUARY 2018 and I have to apply for reward.

My problem is now this:

on xbox enforcement I can´t see this ban and I can´t apply for a review.

this is crazy

my enforcement list is now clean, I pay what I´ve done but there is an invisible ban....

do something microsoft

I´m really angry

I need help, i had a ban that ended but i still cant talk? rly need help nd contact

So i recently had a 2 week ban where I couldnt play any online games or talk (comm) ban from ANY account on my xbox. It has been 2 days since that ban has ended, right now i can play online games on any account, but i cannot message, party chat, or anything
else for my main account (comm ban), but i can talk in game chat for my other accounts, which makes no sense. This is different from any other ban ive ever and no one else in my friend group knows whats happening. Please help me I already had to wait 2 weeks
for a ban and now I cant even talk once its over, Thanks!

XBox Live Suspension

Seems to me that the best way to ban someone is simply take away their ability to communicate. No chat. No messages. No nothing. Should still be able to play online if you are paying for the service though. Now if they are cheating then, yeah. Ban them from the service completely.

Sounds like you have had your communication suspension extended to 100 days due to multiple offences you've committed.

While investigating your other suspensions the enforcement team would of discovered these & extended your suspension.

100 day suspensions don't show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

You will have to wait out the suspension.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so there is nothing else anyone here can tell you.

He was playing Modern Warfare 2 today...and everyone knows that ANY chat ban on Xbox results in a chat ban through Activison too, which makes it difficult to play Call of Duty. In other words, he wouldn't be playing Call of Duty if he'd received a chat ban, nor would he be playing it if he'd been banned from using online multiplayer. So the only logical conclusion one can make as to why he was, is that he didn't receive a ban of any sort.

Did you talk with him about his online interactions? One of the easiest ways to get a ban is by sending inappropriate messages through Xbox Live or in game chat.

It is a violation of the Code of Conduct to send messages with profanity or other harassing language, even if it's a response to another harassing message. The other person may be in trouble as well, because XBLPET reviews the entire conversation for violations
of the Conduct.

OK, in the future if you get a rude message from someone, report them and then block them, job done. In doing that the other persons will likely get banned and you've won. If you "fight fire with fire" then all the person does is report you and you get
banned.
