ban from xbox live

Hi

I was ban from my xbox live acount but I dont know why... Yersteday I was playingat the UFC 2 game like everday before and then I win against someone everything was ok until I've got a message from the person i played againsgt and he wrote me
smurf caracter spam you will be ban for 6 months for that I dont take any attention to this and i went to do my stuff and when i come back a couple hours later, my acount was block. I would like to know what's the probleme because i didn't
do anything.

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

I did back in the day?? Like 2008.

 

Banned from Xbox Live

I have just been console banned on XBL and I was wondering if a staff could please tell me why I am console banned thank you
