    i have been banned from comunication on Xbox live because some stupid people report me for no reason, and now I can't send messages or join a chat group, i pay Xbox live Gold for this and you can't steal me those functions, at this point I want you of Xbox
    live to regive me my money

    did you get this fixed? im having the same issue. ive tried everything i still cant chat or message anyone. my communcation ban was lifted 10-30-17 smh thats a week ago. still no chat features or messaging anyone. Microsoft is so

    You would need to use the Enforcement Website to get more information on this issue https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    Sign in, Click on the hammer on the left and you will see your suspension details. You also might be able to apply for a case review on the right.

    Also all reports are reviewed manually by an Enforcement Agent within 24-48 hours after the report has been filed.

    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
    & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:



    • Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
    • Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
    • Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
    • Hacking, Modding or Cheating
    • Marketplace theft



    If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you
    failed the questionnaire. But on that event that you have already submitted a case review and the decision was upheld then there is nothing that can be done. - Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review. To make a Case Review - Click

    Hey DERPYSKITZ aR,

    Check your Emails and http://enforcement.xbox.com/ to see for what you received the Ban exactly.

    It might have nothing to do with the action you performed at the time the ban got active, because each report gets reviewed which takes some time. So the report could be related to anything before that.
