How do I complain about Xbox enforcement team as they have turned a 2 separate ban into 1

i had the same thing happen that went from a 2 day communication ban to a perma ban

Banned for communication then banned from Xbox live 2 days later for nothing

if this is about a 100 day communication ban. This follows with a 2 week console ban them an additional 46 day communication ban making a 60 day privilege suspension

Communicating via messages can be monitored by xbox enforcement. You must have messaged someone using inappropriate or offensive language.

Swearing and being abusive is against the code of conduct and messages are easily monitored.

you can check the status of your ban at Enforcement and file a case review if applicable

Was it a communication ban or a profile ban? I was communication banned once but it only lasted 24 hours but some of my friends have been banned from 2 days up to a month. If it was a profile ban I'd assume it's permanent but don't quote me on that.
