seriously, just got a comm's ban after being harassed by this kid on GTA5 after reporting him he kept purposefully losing the heist repeatedly while yelling and screaming obscenities. then we leave the mission and he is in the game chat still yelling nonsense.
I politely asked him to Eff off while using my manners by saying please and thank you. and this by lack of a better word troll. get to report me and ruin my days off with my buddies....how is that for fair, seriously considering canceling my Gold Membership
after six year do to a completely lack of customer service when i called to speak with somebody and was told they couldn't help me. Seriously !?!

Gamertag change, being harrased

A chat representative told me to come here. I have been getting hate messages on xbl about my gamertag. Its Buck commander just like off of duck dynasty. I have people saying redneck hillbilly jesus freak and all other sorts of names. I want to change it
cause im tired of all the hate but i dont have enough money to do so. He said I should be able to get a forced gamertag change. Thanks.

He didn't say anything about you not finishing school. It's just a general comment that rules are something you learn about in school and life. Nothing rude at all about his comments.

DUDE I AM A VICTIM OF THAT. I was playing Fortnite and I killed a kid and he ended up inviting me to a party and he harrased me, said death threats to me and stuff and I have to serve a 14 day ban. Also, Case Review's imo don't help because I sent one
and they said I was still suspended for harrasment... What harrasement? The thing is, is that I never messaged him, said NOTHING hurtful to him, and he reported me for harrasement... I'll add you on Xbox so after my suspension me and you can go thru this together.

Yes, you definitely can. If this happened recently, you may report them for harassment. But Xbox probably won't ban them as i've learned, but they will if it's severe. Which I would say this is severe. Report them and if you get a message from Xbox Live
saying they took action, congratulations. BUT being an Xbox Ambassador would help with them taking your report more seriously.

Edit-it was only my City and Zip code and internet provider i think.
