Ban for playing online

I understand that I received a communication ban. They let my nerves go, I will not do more. I apologize for this if anyone was offended. However, I am not able to understand why I received a 2 days later ban online game. I did a quiz today, but I do not
know when I will get some information from the corresponding department. I should have received only the ban on communication, not the ban on the game. This is incomprehensible and annoying to me. Please give me any informations of this.

I have a question about playing a US bought game in the UK

I doubt they will ban me for playing a genuine copy of the game. They might temp ban from playing MW3 online but since I've not touched that, I would not know.

 

Dissapointed in the Enforcment Team

Everywhere i look i see ban account this, ban console that, enforcement teams, etc... Is it realy necessary to police online gaming? I remember when playing games online was a fun thing to do... Am i really that old? This is killing online gaming, not improving
it. Next we will see people be banned for playing too much without making a stop every hour (health percautions).

 

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way is through the enforcement website.

Ok, I understood, just one person wrote about it. As I mentioned earlier - I made a case related quiz. Only now I do not know what next? It's been 24 hours since the quiz and nothing has changed...

 

The two suspensions are not likely related. All complaints are investigated before being acted on. It is likely that you received the comm ban from one complaint, then received the account suspension for a completely different complaint. It takes time for
the enforcement team to be certain that a complaint is correct.

 

The thing is that I was able to get banned just for communication, so I should get banned for communication, but not for online games ... While playing online I did not do anything wrong ... And it is harming me and incomprehensible ... All the more so because
I spent money on it to play online, and now it was prevented me ...

In 12 hours will be two days, from the quiz and still nothing about the ban...

 

I have just received an answer to this ban for playing online today. There is no justification for what specifically I was banned for online game ... He continues to maintain his opinion that I did nothing wrong to ban me on the online game ... Execution
