Except that isn't true, it isn't even "many". Only banned people are mad and based on how many use their Xbox and Live with NO issues at all, they are a very, very small number of users.

Go right on ahead thinking that people are being banned for "no reason" OP. You do know that you have ALWAYS loosed (sic) your games when the console is banned?

Enforcement is nothing to do with support so they have given you the incorrect info.

100 day suspensions are issued when someone has committed multiple violations of the ToU/CoC.

For some reason they do not show on the enforcement site
here & can not be appealed.

You will have to wait out the suspension.

There's nothing anyone on the forums or at support can do.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can file for a case review if eligible.

You will not be told who reported you.

You can't file for a case review for a console ban.

There's 2 types,a 30 day console ban which is usually issued if several accounts on the same console have received bans/suspensions.

The 2nd is a permanent console ban which can be issued for tampering,extreme violations of the CoC/ToU etc.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account giving you the reason.

As long as your console is your home console & set in offline mode then you can use your games while not connected to live.
