    Ban for no reason!!!

    A permanent account ban is issued only in circumstances of severe infractions to service rules. To help protect that experience for our customers, the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team monitors the service for behavior that violates the Microsoft Services
    Agreement and Code of Conduct.

    If you received a ban, it is because you violated the rules in some way. Your may be able to have your case reviewed by going to the following site: enforcement.xbox.com.

    You can be suspended for actions prior to your recent play time. When under investigation XBLEPT reviews all online actions performed by your account.

    The enforcement team doesn't use the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    Account was banned from playing xbox live

    So the decision was upheld and the reason is i reported a persons messages to much. Just to be clear i didnt report one message over and over agin the players continuously messaged me and mocked me about being banned and the person is the buddy of the person
    who got me banned. So i got banned for harassment because i was reporting the person who was harassing me while i was still communication banned.

    I got banned for Harassment/Abuse/Threats for 14 days

    Nope it's a communication ban as when I log in is say it. The main reason I'm annoyed is because there isn't a actual reason apart from Harassment/Abuse/Threats witch I have done none of.

    When you visit the Enforcement site, it will tell you the reason for the suspension (harassment, cheating, whatever). One of the things it will not say is "you won too often", because that's not a reason that will get you banned.
