BAN for 48hrs but still ban after 48 hrs

I was ban last week for communication, so i couldnt chat or send messages and that lasted 48 hours. After those 48 hours my ban was supposedly lift off my account. Now i could send messages but i cant party chat because my console thinks im still ban and
it saids on my screen. Before the ban my xbox one was working fine with my mic and now it doesnt work. I dont think its fair that im paying the price, I feel that i should get a replacement xbox one for the issue im suffering.

after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.

ODD FOOD ~ xBox mic pass through issue

After checking with Microsoft Support I had a temp ban for 24 hrs which triggered this mute issue. However, it is still in place and I can not request a review of the ban since it is technically over. HELP!

If you haven't already, please give your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still having issues after that, remove your profile and add it back to see if there's any change.
