Ban for 30 years in Forza

Hello, recently I saw that I was banned for 30 years in Forza. I was very surprised and disappointed, because I was not doing anything that could lead to such consequences. Before that I can not play on the network, because after 10 min in game it crashes.
And now I can not even play it. Please explain why I was banned for nothing?

about my ban

my account was ban for 30 days and the 30 day ban ended today but i got into a support chat they said I had another ban that lasted until January 8. but this came in during my 30 day ban and I was wondering how i got it if i could not send message to anyone

But if it was the game it would be best to contact the game side of things here's a link to there forums https://forums.forzamotorsport.net/turn10_forum18_Forza-Horizon-4.aspx they
might have a seprate system in place if it's direct game system ban other wise it's enforcement. We cannot help you on the forums.

If it was your first time to be banned on forza 4, it must have been a severe break of the CoC or ToS to get a 20 year ban. First ban is about 7 days 90% of the time.

Most first bans are 7 days. You can submit a Banned Inquiry Ticket.

The first ban is usually 7 days, the second ban is 30 days and the third ban is a lifetime ban. Some things can get you a lifetime ban even if you have not been banned before such as obtaining Owen's McLaren in Forza Horizon 4 that will get you a lifetime
ban.

Also, first bans are not used for certain rules you will either get a 30-day ban or lifetime ban for:

Use of racial or homophobic slurs.
Use of child endangerment imagery/text.
Use of graphic and explicit sexual imagery/text.
Use of violent acts imagery/text.
