    Ban expired but i can't still use some chat features


    i got a 2 weeks ban from communications but it expired on 11/01/2015 , today 11/07/2015 i can't still use party chat or game chat features , if i join a party group or a game chat i can hear everyone but NO ONE can hear my voice , my mic is ok as if i send
    a voice message my friends are able to hear it , so it must be something wrong with my account that has not ben restored correctly after the ban , pls fix it , this is 12 years account and i don't want to lose all my gamescores or change account

    Suspension lifted, can't use communications.

    My suspension was lifted the other day and I still can't use any form of communication on Xbox one, no messages no party chat, I can't even use in game chat features in Ark. I would appreciate some help.

    Console ban

    my son had 14 day console ban and since the ban has been lifted he can't use chat feature. Any suggestions?

    17 Days and still no help here. Good luck getting microsoft to do anything about it
