Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

MS starting to ban your account and remove purchases...

If you have naked pictures of yourself on OneDrive you should be banned from the internet to save you from your own stupidity.

This is a clarification of the TOS that has always existed. Probably asked for by the enforcement teams who end up banning people for enfractions that fall under “not limited to” violations of the TOS.

You do realize that support has no say or contact info other then the website right?

And it's not an ivr which is what ms uses for everything

 

instead of posting fake info try the call other then a answering machine where is the ivr you don't need to dial.numbers if it was an ivr as it would be the same number regardless

No one has ever posted in your thread nor you have confirmed that it has ever worked

 

What you are not understanding is that it may be a phone number for the enforecement team but the OFFICIAL way to get them to look at a suspension is by going through the case review process.

That is all we have ever said when replying to your previous posts.

So by you giving out this phone number is not going to do any good to people that want their case reviewed.

Xbox Enforcement does not have a contact number, they never have had one. To claim "it's official" is anything but...

well first official numbers are easy to confirm

Call it and see if the IVR is there

Here is a hint there is no separate number for managers

You have to be escalated from an agent

Also since you seem to be able to Call you should know right away it's fake

Any phone number that important would be spammed

You would never be able to get thru as they would be robocalled

It's a trick if you google it

People get you to call a long distance phone number which costs 15cents to 1-2 dollars depending on where they are

425 think about it why would a multi national corporation have you call long distance for enforcement it doesn't happen as you never be able to get thru

And since you can get thru but never get an agent and even if you did you would be spending hours because it's reviewed by a team not a single person

Do you really want to be responsible for people spending 100s of dollars waiting on a fake number on long distance bills

I am very good friends with a Microsoft employee for one, and two, 425 is redmonds area code. The reason the number is a call back number is because yes you are correct it is spammed. And anyway look with your eyes. A support agent would not give a number
