    Ban during a ban?


    am in the middle of an active ban and get a message about a second ban ( for harassment). So how is it possible to get banned when I can't even communicate?!?! Are things that delayed? I'm fed up with this. Please help!!

    Communication ban wont let me pkay some games

    During a communication ban it true that you can play games only line but what is not know is not all game will be playable on-line. This is because some games "Requires" communications to play the game so during a comm ban these games can not be played.

    I just need to know if there's any way to get somebody to look at this again? How can you add another ban on top of a ban when I couldn't even play during the first ban.

    Some enforcement actions are issued the same day that the violation took place, while others require more time for investigation.

    If you receive an enforcement action when you’re not on the Xbox network, it may be the result of prior activities. Keep in mind that the Community Standards for Xbox has no statute of limitations, and a player can receive an enforcement action at any time for past offenses.

    Your enforcement history is the best place to find more info about an enforcement action.

    Customer support can’t assist with suspensions or enforcement actions. They don’t have access to enforcement details.

    No one can get you banned by spam reports, Xbox investigates player reports and take each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision. However, a certain number or frequency of reports doesn’t mean you’ll receive an enforcement action

    So basically what you’re saying is that its from previous activity? Their has to be some kind of limit. Do they just read all the messages and randomly drop a Bam hammer then? Also, sorry for the barrage of questions, do they do 3 bans in like… 8 days maybe 9? Thanks for your time, that’s great explanation others than the generic message a get back.

    You mentioned that you received a message that the console was banned, we can't troubleshoot a ban, you can't access the games online or any that requires Xbox live during a console ban
