    Ban Dispute


    Dear Xbox Enforcement,

    My account has recently had a communication ban imposed on it and I would like to dispute it. I have been a gold member account for aproximately for three weeks, and I have recieved many discouraging and hateful messages from your community. I have reported
    these messages as a get them but they are constant. When I decided to respond to such messages my account was banned. This to me does not make sense. I would appreciate a futher detailed explaination of the reason my account communication has been suspended.

    Disputing charges?

    They can ban you for fraudulent returns, which is why it's better to speak with them than to randomly do it. Chances are MS will issue you a refund. They've never declined me for a refund in logical situations.

    I suggest you take to social media, see redit post here also, which claims microsoft is aware of the issue:

    Also since XBLPET is pretty much useless except for canned responses, gather all your evidence, printouts of your rep page, how many reports, any communications with xbox/support/xblpet and fill out this dispute form and mail it to Microsoft LCA Arbitration
    to dispute this.
