Is there anyway to contest the ban

need help file for a case review

I was banned for harassment and my online privileges are suspended. I would like to contest this and see proof on this behavior I allegedly participated in

I am going to contest my ban and get a damn apology from the Moderator who carelessly handed it out.

Is it safe to assume that you're talking about an Xbox Enforcement ban?

If that is the case then the only way for you to get that contested is for you to file for what we call a case review, the steps to do so which are here on

Case Review.

If you're talking about another ban, could you perhaps give us a little more detail as to any kind of errors you're receiving along with this? The more information that we get on your issue, the better.

You can appeal your suspension, if it's for over 24 hours, by visiting this page: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time.

You need to contact the enforcement team not here in the forums and see what they tell you...

 

If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:

We in the forums are unable to assist with the suspensions and bans.

You will need to do a case review (link mentioned above).

As the Enforcement team are the only people that can do this.

 

You've got all the answers you need. I just wanted to chime in saying that everytime I see this thread subject, I think to myself "People are having a contest to see who can get banned? What?!?!"
