is to easy set rules and optino only for customer .., find only vuolontary in forum who answer... , i think i all are very ipocrit !! , because xbox live include hazard game like fifa ultimate , who create dépendance and required soent money for kids , nothing
or nobody can require the respect of rule if the break it first.

Now i wait end of ban .. After send my xbox and buy Pc ultra for Games , , in this moment play off line story of my Games ( better of World xbox live ).

OFF LINE for 30 days

now i go stop auto payment service XBOX live , Microsoft ban my consolle because i mete ever incorrect pkayer but i never report , if 1 kid report me i go ready suspended , is no sense , team Enforcement dont ' exist ( in real ) is all auto ..., don r exist
rules of suspension or ban , there are no notify of ban ( not eligible why ???? ) , customer must be informed ..., i have a consolle banned for 30 days .., here there are only serious voulontary who think can subisti tute the Microsift Corporation .... (
incredible ).., Enforcement ??? Is a Office Team must be real with real expert ...

Only thing that tgey says is invite customer to read rules of forum ( 200 artickes ) , ahahah support zero , fantastic choise of Microsoft ...

Console ban is not elegible ! Because is a Violation of terms !!!!!

Repeat i need unblock consolle Xbox1

My serial number is 02999435248 Ban /sospension is a Violation of terms , if there are not Violation , all into page Enforcement can show ( status ban ) .

Status of ban is secret because is an unilateral Violation of the term of contract.

Microsoft can touch only account not ban Xbox 1 , can ban it only under manomission !!!

I need unblock console or i send in all forum this Violation.

the day yesterday my console banned me because I did not unreasonably infringe on the rules of contract xbox live, I have been contacted Xbox support and can not give me a solution my number is 1161535248 I want to support that I clarified the reason is
that Microsoft reserves the right to give explanations, this is unfair because it represents an expense to buy a new console, fortunately for profits since microsoft are stupid to go to another console xbox360, I hope to resolve these unjustified bans since

If you can connect to Live the console isn't banned, note that it could be modified and later end up banned, but that's going to be very uncommon.

For the contracts it's the console that's under contract, not the account, so it doesn't matter if they remove their account it's still under contract.

To the best of my knowledge there's no way to tell if the console is under contract or not and no way to remove the contract without access to the original Microsoft Account

Whoever thought EFA was a good idea should probably be fired.

ok so I've just been in to lodge the review and there is no current ban for 2017 on there only 2 from last year ?
