    Ban communication


    bonjour a vous. Je viens vous actuellement car mon compte a été de communication.

    Or je n'ai rien fais de mal pour faire cela. La Xbox étant le seul moyen de communiquer avec mes enfants, j'aimerais savoir pour qu'elle raisons je suis bannis et si possible que ce ban sois enlever car je n'ai rien fais de mal.

    I did not do anything wrong to do that. The Xbox being the only way to communicate with my children, I would like to know for her reasons I am banished and if possible that this ban be removed because I did not do anything wrong.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    Ban communication

    The enforcement team isn't on the forums, so they will not help you here.

    For more info on your ban, login to http://enforcement.xbox.com and check the details on your ban there.

    If you feel that the ban was unfair you can also submit a case review.

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
