    Bonjour / Bonsoir ,

    J'écris aujourd'hui car ce matin en me connectant sur ma xbox one je remarque que je ne peut plus communiquer dans les groupes ni envoyer de messages mes amis , je vois ensuite un message de xbox live qui m'annonce que je suis ban pour " communication
    " pendant 15 jours , je ne comprend pas ce ban car je n'ai ni insulté ni manqué de respect personne mais je pense que des personnes qui sont mauvais joueur se sont amusé me signaler sans raison valable . J'aimerais savoir si il est possible de retirer
    mon ban ou au moins de le raccourcir .

    Trop de panne du xbox live coup de geule !!

    3 jours déj et toujours rien, pas de live, pas de communication de la part de microsoft, en attendant les jeux solo, c'est sympa, mais sur le live entre potes c'est mieux, on est revenu 15 ans en arriere, a jour 4 sur un meme ecran, j'ai mal aux yeux.....

    I want to know why my account was suspended (15 day)while serving a communications suspension (8 day).

    This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME
