    Ban Appeal


    I was recently wrongfully banned from Xbox Live by a little kid. I killed a kid on Fortnite and he messaged me Kill Your Self. I then said No that is gay. The guy reported me and got me banned. I was once banned before for a day which made this ban a
    week. I feel I should not be banned considering I said Killing my self is gay NOT he was gay. If I have any way of appealing my ban could somebody let me know I do not wish to have my account banned for a week.

    Who do I talk to about appealing a 1 week ban. Dont close my thread and not answer my question again Xbox forum police.

    Thanks for bringing the question to the forums. Unfortunately, there is nothing we are able to do here. You will need to go to the
    Enforcement site and file a case review. They will review the case review and determine what to do.

    Unfortunately, the term appears to still be used in a derogatory sense, which is most likely what led to the suspension. You're free to request a case review at the
    Enforcement site.

    Keep in mind that the Xbox Live Code of Conduct explains how we are expected to behave online even when others are misbehaving. Put differently, don't feed the trolls. RBI - report, block, ignore.

    Hi ILoveMC87,

    Thank you for posting on here I just want let you know Enforcement team won't banned you for no reason it maybe the words you use. My role as Ambassdour is help you out so that what am going to do, because we can't get involved with banned but we can advice
    you to protect your self online.

    Safety tips

    • Block and report the player.
    • Keep messages as proof if the did threaten you can get the police involved.
    • Don't reply back to there messages or communicate with them.

    Contact Enforcement team when 'Case Review' option is greyed out

    That suggests the ban is 24hours, so no appeal available as by the time the appeal is dealt with, the ban will be over.

    False ban from xbox live

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support

    Xbox Live account banned 10 years ago, Want to file an appeal but says "Congratulations, you have a perfect record"

    As the account was banned so long ago it wont show on the enforcement site as itwas banned before the enforcement site existed.

    Even if it did you wouldn't be able to appeal it as you need to appeal any enforcement action within a year of it being issued.

    10 years ago you would of had to appeal it on the old xbox forums.

    There's no way to appeal the ban now so the account will remain banned.

    Comm bans of 1-2 days usually aren't appealable as, by the time someone looks into the appeal, the ban is likely to have already concluded
