    I have no idea as to why my account (Minkehh) had been banned from xbox live today. I was playing Advanced Warfare on the Xbox 360 and i joined a game that was not clearly hacked, I thought that it was a normal game so i got a few kills and later found out
    that the xp score was modded. i left the game and did not join back. I would understand if my account had been suspended for 2-3 days, but 2 weeks?! Come on, I just bought this game and it is the start of my school holidays.

    Hi Xbox Moderators!

    I woke up today to a startling discovery, my account (Minkehh) had been banned from xbox live today. I was playing Advanced Warfare on the Xbox 360 a few days ago and I joined a game that was not clearly hacked, I thought that it was a normal game so i got
    a few kills and later found out that the xp score was modded. i left the game and did not join back. I would understand if my account had been suspended for 2-3 days, but 2 weeks?! Come on, I just bought this game and it is the start of my school holidays.
    I would love it if I could have the privellige to play online and have my suspension lifted.

    Appeal Ban

    you can't appeal against a ban, they will only ban you if they know that you have done something naughty, could be bad language in your profile, cheating, or being nasty or using extreme foul language online. just be thankful that it is only a 1 week ban
    as there are plenty who get a lifetime ban.

    it really disappoints me seeing so many getting banned over and over again for the same thing, why don't people learn (this is not pointed at you op).

    Contact Enforcement team when 'Case Review' option is greyed out

    That suggests the ban is 24hours, so no appeal available as by the time the appeal is dealt with, the ban will be over.

    False ban from xbox live

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support

    Xbox Live account banned 10 years ago, Want to file an appeal but says "Congratulations, you have a perfect record"

    As the account was banned so long ago it wont show on the enforcement site as itwas banned before the enforcement site existed.

    Even if it did you wouldn't be able to appeal it as you need to appeal any enforcement action within a year of it being issued.

    10 years ago you would of had to appeal it on the old xbox forums.

    There's no way to appeal the ban now so the account will remain banned.
