If you no longer have the option, it means that the reason has been definitively confirmed by the refund team and it is not possible to appeal.

Depends on when the ban was issued.

You say you haven't played on the account for 15 years so if the ban was issued before the enforcement site was introduced then it wont show up.Bans must be appealed within a year of being issued so if the ban was from a while ago then you can't appeal it.

As the account was banned so long ago it wont show on the enforcement site as itwas banned before the enforcement site existed.

Even if it did you wouldn't be able to appeal it as you need to appeal any enforcement action within a year of it being issued.

10 years ago you would of had to appeal it on the old xbox forums.

There's no way to appeal the ban now so the account will remain banned.

thanks for the help however its right of appeal i have an issue with. with a one days ban there is no right of appeal

Depends on whether you appeal it & have the ban overturned but that hardly happens with permanent bans as they are thoroughly investigated before the ban is issued.
