Discus and support Ban appeal for Communications in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was banned at about 4PM yesterday because my friend messaged someone "[Mod Removed]" and now I've ben banned for a day and im Just trying to play...     Ban appeal for Communications


    I was banned at about 4PM yesterday because my friend messaged someone "[Mod Removed]" and now I've ben banned for a day and im Just trying to play 2k17. Its not 4PM the next day and now my ban has been furthered to 8PM but I haven't been
    able to message someone so I do not understand.

    This thread is over a month old.If you would like help with something you should always start your own thread.

    Follow the link I posted to file for a case review.

    Doesn't matter who started it,if you retaliated in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then the reason was not unjust.

    I would like to appeal my ban. I did nothing wrong by defend another person who was older than me when he was getting harassed.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and it should have the exact time the ban will lift.

    One point, it does not matter who is playing on your account, you are responsible for any actions that they carry out.

    It also does not matter who started what, if a violation of the code of conduct happens and it gets reported, you get suspended. Retaliation is not an excuse and is not condoned.

    I understand your frustration with another Xbox user. Unfortunately you violated the Terms and Service of Xbox Live. You must understand that saying harsh words is not helping your issue with them.

    My best advice in the future is to block and report the user and move on.
