Ban appeal and concerns

okay, to start this off I just got off Xbox live support and was forwarded here to voice my concerns by your excellent support Belen. Now, on to my problem or concern. On top of Belen, forwarding my concern personally as well as telling me to come here.
About 3 maybe 4 months ago, my main account was permanently suspended for reasons that seem just. However, over the years of having that account I had made multiple purchases digitally that were forfeited as well as the account itself. Is there any way possible
I could get those digitally bought items back without the account itself? It has to be easily over thousands of dollars worth of content. Belen, also told me to submit a ban appeal for said account and that the enforcement team would get back to me. Thank

Appeal Ban

you can't appeal against a ban, they will only ban you if they know that you have done something naughty, could be bad language in your profile, cheating, or being nasty or using extreme foul language online. just be thankful that it is only a 1 week ban
as there are plenty who get a lifetime ban.

it really disappoints me seeing so many getting banned over and over again for the same thing, why don't people learn (this is not pointed at you op).

 

Ban Appeal

I was banned April 9th, 2014 and again on April 10th 2014 all within a few hours of each other (late at night then early in the morning) for "tampering with my device." Before this ban had occurred, I was already expecting such a thing to happen, though
I did not know what I should do about it. My best guess for it is that I had been hacked, but I know hackers tend to do so for the contents of your credit card. I do not have my credit card linked to it, so that option is ruled out. My Xbox 360 had the characteristics
of a modded Xbox 360. A few of my games were modded, and my character was too with blue skin. My Xbox was off and in my room while I was asleep and at school the next day. I came home from school to the suspension message. I did not do any of the tampering
myself, and I don't have any siblings who would do it. If you would like to review my current Xbox Account (Gamertag: ) you will find it has not been tampered with. I have no motives for tampering my game play, I have a pride thing where I like
to do everything on my own. I play survival in MineCraft and refuse to let myself go into creative to get items. It's just something up with me, I'm not sure why. I would like to have my ban on Bassbully398 appealed because I had some great friends on their
I'd enjoy playing with once again, and I invested much of my money into the games and avatar store available. I am familiar with the Codes of Conduct and I know that device tampering can result in a permanent suspension, so I have no motive for throwing all
that money and enjoyable time with friends away. I have tried to get this ban appealed before, though I never received emails or notifications about it, so I'm not quite sure what happened. The banned account's Gamer Tag again is BassBully398, tied to the
email [Mod Removed: Please do not insert private email adresses on a public forum]. Also, I spoke to a support member of the Microsoft team and we already tried to do it through the Case Review of the Policy & Enforcement page, though it would

When a permanent account suspension is issued, XBLPET does not actively revoke an account's purchases or licenses or otherwise render existing content unplayable. Any content that has been downloaded and can be accessed without an internet connection
can continue to be used by the affected account offline. Content downloaded to the suspended account’s Home Xbox One console can also continue to be used by other accounts present on the console.

However, once an account has been permanently suspended, it will not be able to re-download previous content or purchase new content. This is because a permanent suspension completely blocks the account from accessing the Xbox Live service. Any digital licenses
that are already downloaded remain intact, but keep in mind that any game titles or specific features that require online services will not be useable.
