    You can go to billing.microsoft.com to see what was up with your billing but you know why you were banned. Call phone support for billing questions and post in forum 14 for ban questions (although you know why you were banned, bad modder bad) This forum
    section can not help you.

    It's possible you have an outstanding balance.

    Anyway,you would need to contact support
    https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us     as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.

    No one on the forums has access to your billing info.
