https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in. From there you can view what enforcement actions were taken against your account.

Hi there, sorry you are having issues trying to find this information. Visit Xbox Enforcement and make sure you are logged into your microsodt account. This page should give
you information and if you have a ban of over 24 hours and you dont agree, you will be able to appeal from here also.

As an overall clarification, when you log into the Xbox Enforcement website other users have linked for you, you'll see many different things. You can see any current/the most recent action taken on your account immediately on the center of the home page
for it I believe. You can also view other things like your past enforcement actions, should they exist, as well as things like your overall Xbox Live reputation. the action taken on your account is eligible for what's called a "case review," then you'll do
a little feedback survey about the issue. Something to note very specifically is that not all actions will be eligible for a case review, if it is not eligible you will have to wait out whatever suspension of Xbox Live social features, bans or game bans, or
content takedown put on your account with no exceptions. The Enforcement Team doesn't user the forums and Xbox Support is not able to reverse actions through the enforcement system.

Also on the Xbox Enforcement website are some resources all players should look into about proper behavior on Xbox Live as well ways to decrease your likelihood of being reported and therefore having a suspension or some other action occur on your account.
Another good resource to look at are the Xbox Live Community Standards. While its not exactly a set of rules you have to live by, it teaches proper behavior online as well and is definitely something to consider so you don't end up being enforced again.

Hey there check the enforcement team website and there you can also ask for a case review if you think that is not correct they took action on you

You didnt get banned for someone purposely throwing a match.

You got banned for your actions that violated the code of conduct that got reported.

You will never get banned for someone elses actions only your own actions.
