Ban after being hacked.

So, in February, my account was hacked and several purchases were made that were not authorized. After resetting my password and updating all of the security I could on my account, I contacted my bank to start a dispute. After the bank upheld the dispute,
Microsoft decided to ban my account for a couple of weeks due to Marketplace Theft. My account is not secure and I get a ban. Gee, thanks. The purchases were not downloaded to my console and are not being used by me. But still, a ban. Awesome. Apparently there
is nothing I can do. Just wanted to complain.

Microsoft doesn't ban an account for it being hacked. They aren't Sony.

Microsoft can tell if you got hacked, or if you were pirating games/cheating/etc. They don't ban people for getting hacked. They won't even ban people they suspect are pirating games. Then only ban people when they know 100% that they have done something against the terms of service. Anyone claiming they got banned because they got hacked is full of shit and just trying to hide the fact that they are a cheater or pirate.

Did you contact support and have them run an unauthorized access investigation at the time? If you didn't contact Microsoft and just went straight to your bank to dispute it, that's why they see it as marketplace theft. Microsoft wouldn't know that it wasn't
you that didn't make the purchases. They would just see that you made purchases and then went to the bank to get the money back which makes it look like you're trying to get out of paying.

And I wish hacking is no longer in our systems or banning people's accounts. It's very terrible and I wish banning people's accounts wish it's banned for being banned or hacked . I mean modio should be banned or cancel or some other hacking websites should
be banned .

They will be able to review your account and let you know.

Your avatar skin color is light blue, which isn't available except by modding the profile, and gets the profile banned ("suspended" until 1999).
It looks like your gamerscore was modded again after the gamerscore reset, since there are "ranked match" achievements for FIFA 11 that were unlocked offline (without a timestamp), though I'm not thoroughly familiar with that game's achievements.
A second offense for gamerscore modding gets the profile banned, though.

Did you do either of those things? If you want to claim they happened with your profile outside of your control, the PET in the other forum will tell you to call Support and open an Unauthorized Access report. Support will lock your profile and investigate
whether there was unauthorized access.
