ban account xbox live

buongiorno e buon anno.salve sono adriano e vi illustro il mio problema,mesi fa mi hanno bannato permanentemente il mio account xbox live con gamertag adriano italia....perdendo cosi tutti i salvataggi e i vari acquisti fatti tutti con carda di crdito per
centinaia e centinaia di euro....io capisco la vostra politica ma d'altronde essere bannati dopo 8 anni di account xbox live con reputazione sempre alta per un paio di offese mi sebra esagerato...mi spiego meglio,so benissimo che offendere non è giusto ne
consentito online,sta di fatto che che ogni giocatore in anni ed anni lo ha fatto,io per primo **** rcevuto minacce,infamie contro la famiglia ecc..ecc..ma **** blocato tali persone...insomma esiste la funzione bloccare contatto e anche quella bloccare chat,per
cui se non si vuole essere offesi il metodo lo si trova...alla fine si gioca e c'è della competizione.io posso solo scusarmi sinceramente per aver magari offeso conmessaggio un giocatore,e me ne pento davvero,non sono un bambino ma un uomo di 37 anni,.ora
mi trovo impossibilitato a giocare o aprire per esempio gta5,gioco con cui **** trascorso piu'di 3 anni creando ed essendo anche capo della crew BEST di oltre 300 giocatori(che possono confermare la mia ottima reputazione),gioco in cui **** fatto numerosi
acquisti onlini con carta di credito e speso molti soldi reali,in cui **** raggiunto in 3 anni un certo rango e sbloccato moltissime cose.non è concepibile per me il cominciare da zero con un nuovo account(da me gia creato col gamertag )e sloccare
tutto cio'ottenuto in 3 anni,compresa la crew di 300 persone di cui ero il leader.Chiedendo umilmente scusa per aver offeso qualcuno,ed essendo certo che non ricapiter mai piu',chiedo quindi cortesemente di riattivare il mio accuount con gamertag adriano
italia gentilmente,o quantomeno la possibilit di trasferire i salvataggi soprattutto quelli di gta v online dal gametag adriano italia al gamertag cosicchè possa riprendere da dove lasciato dopo 3 anni di soldi e tempo.chiedo ancora umilmente
scusa e vi prego di accogliere questa eccezione.VI auguro un buon anno e grzie mille

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho
